Agreement

These terms are between your company and TraffiCore Limited. By setting up or using Trafficore you agree to them for your company.

Accounts

People get into your company only from an invitation. The first owner's invitation comes from Trafficore; after that, the owner or an administrator sends them. Trafficore staff can open your company to set it up and support it, with every change they make recorded. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what people you invite do in your company's account.

Your data

Your company's records belong to your company. We use them only to run Trafficore for you, and we keep them apart from every other company's.

Free and paid modules

The free core costs nothing. Paid modules will be billed month to month at the prices shown on the pricing page before they are offered. Switch a module off and you stop paying for it from the next month; your records stay.

Fair use

Do not use Trafficore to break the law, to send messages people did not ask for, or to get into another company's records. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell the owner why.

Availability

We work to keep Trafficore running and your records safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot work without.

Liability

Trafficore is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, TraffiCore Limited is not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and its total liability in any year is limited to what your company paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell account owners by email at least 30 days ahead.
